Annuar Musa: DBKL not giving assessment tax discount

Summary:

1. Those who are facing problem can apply to postpone payment (in bureaucracy terms:  fill up tons of forms first and wait for reply).
   
2. However, RM100mil had been allocated to DBKL for assistance programs such as 6-month rental exemption for public housing owned by DBKL and traders using DBKL premises.
3. He cited no discount across the board because no such provisions under the Local Government Act 1976.
